MW 3 vs BF 3
BEGIN!
^
tried to get that streetfighter idea you know
anyway, i got both of them on pc (only system meant for shooters in my opinion, lol though the wii doesn't do bad on shooters but it doesn't have the strength to run these games so moving on)
and i was wondering if anyone else here played these games and has their thoughts about them
presonally i fell in love with BF 3 the moment i played it in beta, asked my friend to design a PC to run it on max settings and i got that now and it's amazing, some balance issues but all in all a great game, i love driving around with tanks, the flying looks amazing and when it plays smooth it's a lotta fun
downside: you do need a really strong strong computer to run it smoothly

first time i played it i only had 1 thing in mind "not impressed" felt like mw 2 with just some slight differences...
anyway, would love to hear your thoughts =)

and for the games in geeneral they are too repetative , they need something new besides the graphics XD

Best thing I can say about BF3, I got blocked on some guys facebook due to me dissing BF3 with LOGICAL points...with like 3 of my friends, and we were CoD fanboys...
Despite specifically saying that we ALL hated CoD, and preferred BF3 to it...it was great ^^
Plus, I insited that ME 1 + 2 are *, Crysis was *, Left 4 Dead was *, Borderlands was *.
These were his top games FYI, no game from before 2000, most were late 2000's...XD

so no FPS fans at all huh? XD
i enjoy a good FPS once in a while, started off with unreal tournament as a kid =)
borderlands was fun multiplayer, and that's what it was designed on
was boring when playing solo
then again, i believe most games should be played multiplayer, i'm not the kinda person that enjoys sitting alone with a game, even single player games i like to be with friends to laugh and discuss.
as for new things in FPS games: what else could you add? MW 3 has a butt load of game modes you can play, BF has always offered a range of vehicles you can use

I enjoy FPS', only I'm more of an enjoyer of games where I can bunny hop across a map, be able to react impossible quickly and have no recoil in all of my weapons, if I do have recoil it's so powerful but only works when jumping.
I just described a large majority of 90's FPS'
And I enjoy a good mix of SP and MP

you mean games like unreal, unreal tournament, quake etc?
those were good, but sometimes different games are good too, try shooting down an airplane with a tank's primary weapon like i have, nothing will feel more fullfilling =)

I plated BF3 beta ad wasn't too fssed, seemed a lot like the new Medal of Honour to me. I haven't played MW3 although I hear good things from one of my friends about the changes they made to how multiplayer works. I enjoyed the first MW game and after that MW2 and blops were kinda depressing (especially blops) CoD5 was cool but then I prefer WW2 era stuff and it featured the pacific and eastern fronts which also made that a winner (western front has been overdone and we still lack much in the way of the african campagn and Rommel's antics) but I digress. If i get the chance I may try MW3 but i'm not gonna go out and buy it for more than a fiver before deciding if it's worth more than that.
