MSN help
Well, i'd probably be better off putting this in the lounge... since i might forget i posted this here, but let's try shall we?
So, I NEED to get MSN for multiple reasons. I've been avoiding it for how many years and now, thanks to my computer being outdated (i have an ME), downloading things is a difficult task. I found that i can download MSN 7 on windows ME, so that's the one i tried to get. When i attempted this, i got a notification partway through the download saying that I need to get Internet explorer 6 or higher. I'm pretty sure i have 8, but oh well. So I try downloading Explorer 6, and i get a nifty little pop-up box that says that something's not right, and that i should try closing down all my applications and try again. I've done this about 7 times now, most of which had everything but Explorer (which i need if my computer wants to stay on) active. I still can't get it. Then i check my CURRENT internet explorer and realize that I actually have MSN 3.6 installed already. So i try to use it, and I get a notification saying that "The server is not compatible with this version."
anyone wanna tackle this for me?

No, the US version of the site... Click this to down load windows live messenger. Didn't think you needed IE 6 or better to DL windows live :/ well... Click this to get IE8 Hope they work...
