This could actually be quite good and do the Metroid proud. Just judging from the moves, it looks like Samus could pull those off and not seem too Ninja Gaiden-ish.
Would be awesome to see another platformer metroid though (2D)

when i was watching this, i actually said out loud "This looks pretty sweet!"

i like the moves samus does, the fights seem cool, though i wonder if how it'll play, it will most likely be less puzzles and stuff like the metroid prime 3 i'm playing now, and more platformer go to the end of the level stuff?
not sure though, still cool!
