Mercenaries
Heya all you Mercenaries fans! Hopefully there at least someone on this site who's played it. This is the place to talk about the game and ask questions about it!
So my first question to you are: What action in game that you made, made you really excited about the games possibilities?
The thing that really made me realize the greatness in the game was when i took out a a helicopter with a sniper riffel. I simply just shot the pilot, and then "Kawoom" the helicopter fell down in the river.
And when I later took down the trainbrigde...

THAT WAS AN AMAZING GAME!
No fer real though... this was my probably one of my favorite GTA-esque games...
The first thing I did that really just wowed me was when I shot a rocket launcher at a crane (in the are with the russians) causing it to fall down on a stack of boxes, tipping them over, and knocking down a fense...
The fact that EVERYTHING in the game can be torn up is just amazing... being able to call down a carpet bomb on a city is just so much fun... gah... unfortunatly I only rented it and no longer own it

You should be able to find for a fair prize, you know!
The only real letdown in the game, is the fact that the story is not engaging enough, so that most of the time i play it, I end up just driving around, blowing up something or engage in a battle between NK and another faction!
And you're right, when saying it's amazing that everything can be blown up!

Yea... the only story was the politics and rivalries...
your character itself had little to no story...
i did like the freind factor... the whole thing with about needing to watch who you kill to keep your faction up with one of the militarie powers

Well yea... most of the factions dont like being carpet bombed... xD... but you can always make up with them
Gah... Unfortunatly I didnt beat the game... I got around the mid 40-s from the 52 leaders

oh... yea my favorite missions are the ones were you get dropped in a special area to take down one of the main "cards"
