It's a whole different modern world here. Here, there are only 2 different races. Humans, and Matryoshka. Humans, are...well, humans. Pretty much the same beings that we know and love. Matryoshka are human like beings, who feed off of human emotions. They basically look like humans, but with many markings on their faces, and they have sharper canines. When a Matryoshka needs to feed, they will often find a human, and talk them into a dance. The faster the dance, the more the Matryoshka gets of the human's emotions. If they feed for too long, like with vampires feeding off of humans, the human will die.
For many, many years humans and Matryoshka have been at each other's throats. There were some Matryoshka who fed without killing humans, just taking enough to survive. These tried to keep the peace, however humans wouldn't listen, due to fear of the Matryoshka. Finally, 30 years ago, a treaty was formed between the two races. Matryoshka could just take what was needed to survive, for no reason were they to kill a human. If they ever did, the treaty would be broken, and war would break out again...the humans would do all in their power to destroy the Matryoshka...
Well, that's what's happening now. The king of the Matryoshka, the Matryoshka male who got humans to agree with the treaty and after reigned over his race with a kind, and fair hand to make sure nobody disobeyed the treaty, his son while feeding accidentally killed a human. The Matryoshka was young, and let his hunger go to long. It was an accident, however it was soon found out and the treaty has been declared broken. Now, the prince has to find a way to fix his mess, as like his father, he really doesn't want war between the races. However, will he manage to stop this raging war? What would happen if someone tried to stop his attempts on fixing his costly mistake? Or will the humans and Matryoshka end up wiping each other out?
Notes: The role of the prince of the Matryoshka has been claimed. However, any other roles (yes, that includes the king..) are free, and you may claim them if you so wish. Creativity is recommended~! Go wild~!

History: Ezreal grew up with a passion for music since he was 2 he loved it he loved all the beats he could make which made me start to make his own at the age of 3 as Techno. When he was 5. He put a show on for the leader of the Matryoshka, and it was to his liking Ezreal then met the Prince and instantly became his best friend Ezreal always played music for the prince to listen to and if needed the prince would feed off Ezreal and he never lost control then one day when feeding the prince lost control and killed someone causing a war between the humans and the Matryoshka Ezreal is currently lost in conflict weather to side with his own race or to stick with his best friend, and help him with the crisis of the war between humans and Matryoshka

Adrian is a skinny boy with light blue hair, and like most Matryoshka, has unique, captivating eyes. He also has the well known markings on his face that symbolize that he's a Matryoshka. The boy is slightly androgynous, sometimes mistaken for a girl by those who don't recognize him. (Most people do though...since he's the prince. This can be good, and annoying at the same time...)
Personality: For years, Adrian has been a kind, caring, fun and open person. He would always be optimistic and was someone that could easily get along with others. Never once did he have an arrogant attitude, even with the fact that he had a special position in the Matryoshka society.
Now, he's still kind, and considerate. However, he's not so open now. He watches his back a bit more, and although the tries to maintain most of his cheery self, he occasionally feels miserable. This all due to the stress that his extremely costly mistake has put on him. The good thing about the mistake though? It's created an extreme sense of determination, that hadn't been there before. He WILL find a way to stop the war...even if it kills him. That is something he has decided. Period.

The boy also has the abilities of a Matryoshka. Feeding off a human through dancing. (though he can suppress that and dance without feeding at all. This takes much concentration and will power). His senses are also slightly stronger than normal humans.
History: Adrian was born into the extremely important family, the son of the leader of the Matryoshka. Since he was little, he was pampered, and spoiled. However, despite this, he didn't turn into a brat. Instead, a heart of gold was shaped from it. When he was very young, he started trying make friends with other Matryoshka, as well as humans that he saw, (one of those friends being Ezreal). Race and status didn't matter to the blue haired boy, and his father smiled at what he was doing, thinking of it was the fruits of the lectures he had tried to give his son about treating everyone equal. Adrian seemed to be the shining example of that. So, he was a happy go lucky person....until recently.
About a month ago, the prince made a costly mistake, not taking as much care as he should have, he accidentally killed a human. Something that the treaty forbid. Despite his father's trying to talk the humans, and make them understand that it was an accident and not a proclamation of war on the Matryoshka's part, the humans didn't listen. Now, the boy is the cause of a war that's about to start. So much for the happy tale of his life...
