MATERIA NOT INCREASING!
I AM LEVELING UP OR TRYING TO, AT THE NORTHERN CAVERN AND I NOTICED SOME MATERIAS AP ARE NOT INCREASING, FOR EXAMPLE THE BARRIER MATERIA IS STUCK AT 6370 AP TO NEXT LEVEL. WHATS HAPPENING?

hmmm...which weapon have you got equipped? cos there are some weapons wich materia growth (or something) is none; take Cloud's Ultima sword for example, that has zero growth, i think all those cool ultimate weapons have zero growth rate

yeah that was the prob xD all ultimate weapons are like that what a disadvantage. Cloud's Apocalypse has 3x growth and Cid's Scimitar.

triple actually ^-^ the problem with those weapons is that they don't have enough slots U.U cid also has a triple growth weapon though i can't remember its name >.<

mmm...you know, try getting master magic materia first, when you only have the summons then use those triple or double growth weapons ^^...i think that could work...never tried it though XD

lols, well, i *did* go into the northern cave and got all the items and materia there, i just didn't feel like fighting the last battle and i replayed over and over again XD any question, ask me ^-^

I need help in this one too - I have the Double Cut materia equipped to Cloud but the command is not in my command list, there's "slash all" in the list and i don't even have that materia equipped.

LoL, let me explain, i mastered the slash all materia, and i equipped him with the Double Cut materia which is also mastered, then i took the slash all out of his slots and leaved the double cut, now cloud has the slash all command in place of the "attack" or "4x Cut", even without the Slash All materia equipped. What's happening?
Oh, about witch one, im playing the PSX version on an emulator.

hmm...unheard of XD maybe it's got something to do with the level of the double cut? though i doubt it...look here:
