Mastering classes
I think it would be cool if you master a class, you get stat bonuses when you transfer to a new class. Like mastering the Mage Class, when you switch to a new class, you get a 10% MP boost (like X mp times 1.1 equals New MP). It would be nice.

I think the current system works fine  If that was implamented, it would give an unfair advantage to those that master a class XD
|
First to master the monk class  (probably my proudest/only Funender achievement)

not to mention that it wouldnt change anything because the brumos stats are based on your stats.

I only wanted to say what seifer already did, it wouldn´t be a bad idea, but it would be pointless since Brumos would also get stronger
