Man what is going on with my health lol

Ok this is so weird, too weird to be a concidence. All my life I have been very active in sports, I played football and basketball everyday, and worked tough jobs during highschool, and I barely got sick, or had any injuries ever. Now that I have been at home on my PC working everyday for the past three years, I am having the weirdest things happen to me that I have never experienced before. The coincidence of it all is these things only happen if I decide to take a break and perhaps think about getting another job just so I can get out of the house, then something happens to where I cannot do that.

The last time I thought about looking for another job, I was at the gym and while lifting weights I hurt my back for the first time in my life and couldnt walk for a week. Then I recovered and had to catch up on work, and I went back to the gym a month later and cut my arm on one of the machines. That cut then got infected on my way home from the gym and my whole arm swolled up like a big balloon lol, so I it took me two months to recover from that.

Now last week I was thinking about going out again and while putting in my contact lenses my left contact wasn't totally dispersed in the solution but I wore it anyway since that never bothered me before. When I took out my contact my eye lid got swollen so I went to the eye doctor and he said to just rub it with hot water and it will be fine. I did that and it was going away and was no longer irritated, and today I went back for an eye exam and the doctor told me to keep rubbing it so when I got home I did so, now my whole eye lid is puffed it looks like someone punched me lol. I just think it is so weird how back then when playing full contact sports I had no problems, now sitting at home on my PC all of these dangerous things are happening WTH!
