Making a portfolio...
I've google'd this and found no useful answers...
Basically, I'm applying for Uni but need a portfolio to take to the interview. I need tips on how to present my portfolio layout-wise, and what to include text-wise?
I'ts for graphic design so would it need to be slightly different to a portfolio for say, an art student?

in this day and age you should have both for simple job applications.
i would imagine a school would want some kind of hard copy though.
sadly, i have no other advice since im a broadcasting major and all my stuff is either on tape with credits or just a normal resume.
i know some poeple in photography that i can ask next time i see them. (i know they had to put a portfolio together for school related stuffs)
 for a sec. this might be the whiskey talking but isnt portfolio an awesome word to say?

Just have a few copies of what sort of work you've done, and what kind of programs etc that you've used. Just don't overdo the wording.
