It's on DS.
It follows on from Wind Waker with Link and Tetra/Zelda going off into uncharted seas looking for treasure on a ghost ship. Tetra/Zelda boards the ghost ship and gets abducted so Link attempts to jump off but misses. He then gets washed up on an island and a fairy comes and finds him and that's pretty much where it starts.

The graphics aren't quite as good as Wind Waker but that's to be expected on a handheld console. It's still a great game though.

Not really. They're actually working on re-vamping the series so it's not the usual storyline. They already started with Phantom Hourglass, although you still have to rescue Zelda...
