long poem
Who would have thought I'd be thinking of us now?
5 years,
My dreams are still of you
Nightmares of us
Haunting me
About all we lost
These dreams consume me
So powerful
I love you so much
How could this happen?
It’s been five whole years and I can't just forget
It's been five long years, will I ever be the same?
My chest aches with every thought of yesterday
And I can't hold on
All I can think of is our memories
And how I would give up my soul
To have one more day with you.
For a chance to live and be loved
For a chance to say how much I love you
For a chance to prove it’s true
I'll do anything for you
They cannot hold us back
...Yet I'm so afraid...
They cannot hold us back
How could I turn away?
If you just gave me one chance. I’d throw it all away
Give me the chance to prove these words are true
Wondering if in this moment..
Are you thinking of me too?
You’re so far away, but so close to my heart
It’s been five whole years
And this love just won't depart
How can I still be in love?
With someone I never see?
How can I still be in love?
It’s so hard to breathe
I can't take one more day of waking up with a sigh
Longing to hear your voice
I still hear our conversations in my mind
To think where you may be
Without me
Holding someone the way you used to hold me
All I want is these tears the stop
Yet I cannot pray for them to go away
I cannot pray to forget you
When all I want is to be with you
You’re memory is the light of all my darkest past
bringing warmth to every gloomy day
But now your gone and
My heart has never felt so cut open
You were the one who completed everything
I will do anything
For the one small chance to be with you again
For that one small chance to see you once again
You make life worth living
Whether you come and stay
Or just walk away
Your memory will always remain
Hoping for a future day..

holy mother of...we have a genuis here! youre right tears are completely useless as is suicide. piece of advice to everyoone from personal experience and watching others. ur worth is close to nothing yet big at the same time. if you think you got it bad, there is ALWAYS someone who has it 30x worse and chances are that person isnt complaining as much as you. whining makes people hate you too and so does bragging. neutrality is the only answer. but at the same time there will always be people who will hate you. the best revenge is kindness. nothing offsets the one who hates you more than being nice to them, it triggers thier conscience and then they forget how to hate you. revenge only perpetuates itself and creates a bigger need for revenge. etcetc. ur parents should be teaching you this stuff

the poem sounds deep. i connect with it. someone i love is going to his country. we departed for 5 years. finally we met again...we only knew each other for 3 months and we became close. today, right now he is getting on the plane. the last thing he said to me, i love you...the last message i put for him, i love you too.
