The land of Lokalyn has always been split into 4 countries. Yelkin, Bnare, Fwere, and Cloin. The people of these lands have always been incredibly different. The people of Yelkin are incredibly smart and patient. However they are also incredibly arrogant, thinking that their intelligence makes them superior to the other people of Lokalyn. The people of Bnare are incredibly strong. By the age of 5, most of the Bnarions can already take on a lion singlehandedly and win. They also spend most of their free time in bars and most would prefer to run in headfirst rather than strategize. The people of Fwere aren't completely human. Rather they're halfbreeds. Most of them are part feline or part bird, but anything is possible and not all breeds have been discovered. The Cloins are made up of all the people who lived there when the nations were created or left their nations behind.
These nations never got along. For hundreds of years they were at war. Then a delegation from each nation met in the center of the continent where the 4 countries bordered each other. They became known as The Counsel. The Counsel appointed delegates to each country. These delegates acted as messengers between the countries and The Counsel. The Counsel was used to avert future wars. This worked for many years.
The Delegates were recently all called to The Counsel. Many months have passed and they haven't returned. Tensions are growing between the countries and war threatens Lokalyn. For the war to be averted, The Counsel needs to be found, but no one knows where they are except the missing delegates.
That's the idea.

Bio: Kyle is a 17 year old semi feline from Fwere. He plays guitar in his spare time. He hates the war but doesn't really car, aslong as his life is not in jeopardy. As much as he doesn't care for the war he wants adventure so he decides to search for the council. He brings his guitar with him where ever he goes and he always brings a portable amplifier and alot of 9v batteries.
Abilities: He is very agile. He can cast some intermediate grade lightning magic. He is able to wield Twin-swords amazingly and has a pistol he rarely uses. ( he uses his in pistol only in emergencies.)

Kyle wears a hood which has cat ears and white fur. He also has a white cat tail ( not an attachment). He wears ripped dark brown dress pants. He also wears knee-high socks that do not match. He also wears an auborn dress shirt that is all wrinkled and he keeps the bottom few buttons undone. he wears a red studded belt and a with and black thinner belt in an X over his crotch. He has a plaid green tie. He wears fishnets on his left arm/hand and a palm glove over it. on the right arm he has a black and green arm band. his hair is not shoulder length but passes his chin a bit. He has blackish brown hair.
