The "Chelsea Grin" certainly has it's good points.
As for the best weapon, they're all just as powerful as any other weapon for their lvl. The best weapon would be a lvl 98 one.

I didn't really expect anyone else to understand what the "Chelsea Grin" is. If I recall correctly, it's also called the "Glasgow Smile" or "Anna Grin".
