on the website it says that Tidus is just a dream of Shuyin though but I like to think that it makes more sense if he was alive at one time, and he could have died and then the fayth dreamed him back to life to end the suffering of Sin. EDIT I searched and read about the story of FFX and I understand now what happened a little bit.

I was never a fan of Yuna either, i prefer a chick who has a personality...or some attitude, for example, Tifa, Aeris, Rinoa, Quistis, they all had strong personalities, but Yuna just takes the biscuit. nice girls are overated  BUT Tidus was definitely one of my favourite characters of all time  leave him alone
