just an idea...
I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but what if there was like a Golden Saucer on Funender. This would be a place where everyone could play FF themed mini-games. I understand that this undertaking would cost real world gil, so Fun could 1st incorporate the slots & fortunes; then he could add a new game every 2 months.

An alternative way would be combining with side sites (specially made sites for flash based games)...so it shouldn't consume any of Funender bandwidth, memory or whatsoever.
So the games will be played in a separate window for side entertainment - and results can be imported into Funender forums and bla bla bla can be used for lots of other purposes, like exchanging the points won with Funender gils...changing with RPG items...etc.
