I've got a fine idea that will also help you funender with the server paying problems.
Why don't you create an account named PREMIUM?
Each member will get that for about 4 pounds for one month.
You can add in premium users avatar a "Premium user" and also by that the members which will be premium will get more gil and exp from battles. Also some items, weapons e.t.c can be only for premium users. Do not tell moderators that this aint a good idea cause it is a good one and it will also help Funender paying servers e.t.c.
Please respond funender 
I believe it is time for us to help you a bit funender 
Also you can make a section which only premium users will be able to access. Please think of that and then answer. I would really appreciate it.

I want to say something. I didn't said to change the whole site. The site can stay excacty how it is now. Funender can just add a premium account for those who are super maniacs of game and want to get some more exp, gil e.t.c than usual.

In my opinion that would be a bit troublesome, since most users are all over the world. In my case, for example, I would have to pay at least those 4 pounds to Western Union as a fee... So it isnīt a really good idea -.-

And as I said in my PM, if you had boosted stats for palyers, it would disadvantage non-payers, whereas with a donation section you'd get the website supported, and still have people as equals. Although you could I guess have a sort of gift item to show that you've donated or something, possibly.

I donīt agree with the better gil/exp part either, but I believe there could be something done about that... Maybe some custom items, as cable said? Or gil sales, like 100,000 gil for 5 pounds 
And as Shandy said, thereīs a fee for currency changes, which makes the 4 pound payment (which might seem a little for you) stop being cheap. And I donīt really have a lot of money either -.-

Well, here, four pounds equal to around eight dollars, that are around $24 from here. Not to add interests and all that stuff, I donīt have many cash. I mean, letīs say I pay $24 for an year. 24*12=Around $300, not really interested in doing the math XD
$300 is sure a lot, if you ask me.
The idea of buying gil, wouldnīt make things easier to donators, just harder to non-payers, since raresī prices would go to heavens...
If the site stopped being free for some reason, I wouldnīt pay to enter, Iīd spend it on many other things that I consider higher priority.
Unfortunately, not everyone in this world has money to spend in having fun, at least not me.

Oh come on cable. Things wont change. Just the premium members will get some more gil and exp.
Also nerthul why do you count interest? You dont need to worry about interest with paypal. Also 3-4 pounds per month for some members who want to be premium isn't much.
And one more thing. Why you guys don't agree with this fine idea? Things wont change. People will bid the same price for rares. Don't you want to help Funender? You want everything free guys? Also you wont have to buy premium accounts. Only for those who want.

And now i rememberd funender, you can add a premium zone instead of a Donation one. That would be almost the same and members who really wanna help you and do not thing only themselves will enjoy this too

dun make us look like we dunt want to help fun...you know thats not true...you also should take in note that many users are underaged, dun have own jobs and with money they rely on parents...and some of them really might not be willing to pay...4 pounds a month might not seem much but its also not that few if you put it together for a year...as to me personally most of the time im broke at the end of the month completely waiting for my next paycheck cause i dun get that much money and despite i still live with my mum i pay myself for most of the stuff i need...and i can tell you now i wouldnt be able to pay every month
maybe fun should start out with donation and if it will go well then this premium thing...tho i stull dun agree with the higher EXP drop for those who would have this premium account...

These ideas were discussed awhile ago and a "premium" service or "subscription" service is highly unlikely to be implemented. There could not be any "extra" benefits for a person paying a subscription price since the free members would not have those luxuries and leave the site. So the only possiblilty would be to make available a way to let people who wanted to make a donation. The site will remain free.
Buying gil or anything else will not be an option. Besides messing with the economy of game there are many reasons this wouldn't work. Once being "buying" your way to mastering a class. Where's the fun in that?

Really? I used it many times but it doesn't take a fee.
Arggg. That stinks.
1. Shandy just don't buy it if you don't want. It is only for members who can and want to donate money to funender. I believe it is fair enough. Also there can be discount for 1 year membership.
2. Kimbrlii i didn't say to get 20k exp or 25k of gil per battle. I just told to increase exp and gil by a bit.
Geez guys. Im only trying to help but you always do that. Noone agree with me.
Let me say something. If you guys dont want to buy a premium account for 4 pounds and one month so that you can have extra gil and exp, will you ever donate money so that you can help funender? I hate it when everyone try to find a reason my suggestion is not good. Also funender said it himself that he has something like this on his main site.
Why do you have to do like that? I'm only trying to help.
