is rock band really worth it?

been a while since the game came out and ive been thinking of buying it. tested it out at the store and i was like wow! this game is awesome. but i started to notice when i went back to the store the game controllers(a little drum set and a guitar) were busting. the pads would break and the little switch for the guitar would stop working. so is it really worth buying it?

personally i think it's a great game. my boyfriend bought it back when it first came out and the drunk kick only busted for the first time yesterday. honestly i think it's because he plays real drums and is too rough with the system.

I play the guitar and so far havne't had any issues with the RB guitar, aside from setting off star power being a bit of a pain because i'm lefty.

i love RB so much more then Guitar Hero and i think it's a great game to play with a group of friends. i would recommend it.
