is it just me...
or did some of you not like aries at all. i mean yeah i was stunned when she bit the dust... but i didnt use her anyway, and tifa was my kind of gal anyhow. i always hear about ppl loving aries to death (heh, no pun intended) but i jsut wasnt one of them. am i only with my feelings on this forum?

Yes that was one of her limit breaks and it really worked out well during boss battles since she could recover everyone's health at once.

She was okay, I guess. As good of a healer as they come, not too much use in battle other than that. By the time I eventually got to the death scene, the internet had long since spoiled it for me, so there was no surprise or shock.

oh, thats no fun thoul. i didnt have much emotion either... if anything prolly a snicker of sorts, and then i jsut thought about how gutsy that was for square to do. and then my eyes opened to tifa and her kickassness.... and of course further down the line yuffie (that stealing son of a B) heh

I guess I get to be the odd man out. I liked Aeris. For the most part, my early team consisted of Cloud, Tifa and Aeris. Her death scene is still the most poignant moment of the game. Love the music that plays there too...

not the odd man out, we all have feelings, and deep down (dont tell anyone) im a real softy too. the fact is that i just never used her. and i like my women tough is all, so tifa just seemed like a better character in my eyes.

Nothing wrong with that, Tifa kicks ass. After Aeris dies, my team is primarily Cloud, Tifa and RedXIII.
A buddy of mine plays Tifa strictly because of her... bounciness. At least he did until DOA: XBV came out.
