In the begining of the game
In the beggining of the game I kinda lost interest in it, I got to the city that I was told to go to, but when I got there all of the guys there were too hard to beat, I trained to a few hours and they were still to hard, did I miss a step or do you just have to train forever to get fatther in the game?

You jsut don't fight them now. Do it later. Fight them now, and you get a sword up your arse. In fact, your NOT SUPOSED to fight any of the captians in that town.

Anyways...
you have to go to the bar, and then say Rose Seal or something(the memorized password) and you will go to a hidden room. continue from there.

Gah... no thats for the japanese FInal Fantasy II my freind... what your supposed to do is talk to your wife rose... then you sleep and in the morning you simply take a package to a nearby town...  from there its somewhat self explanitory...
