I said that I was clearing out a personal opinion.
And I DID read what she wrote, I don’t just post without reading what others have said 
However; she does have a point when she said to learn from others’ writings before writing a book, not steal their stories. I am not defending Riku or anything, I am just commenting on your opinion in how a person should write a book. Anyone who wants to write a book should learn from other writers, ones who are better than him/her... just to create better books... very simple idea.
I can’t call myself a writer yet, perhaps a junior writer, but you should know that I know what I am talking about; I have a side job as a writer in a newspaper, it’s not very famous of course and I always carry a book with me… the bottom line is that I know what I am talking about when I speak about books, writings and writers.

Hmm, interesting point Lara. I'll keep that in mind when i'm writing my books, i'll try and read others which are on a similar basis. This topic has not only helped tifa progressed but me, I thank ye good lara

Well Lara I just read Riku's post...and the way she worded it actually makes it sound like she's telling me to steal someone's story which was the only advice she gave me. Oh and thanks for all the input I was about to scrap the stories but now I've got renewed vigor about them ^_^ I'm going to transfer the first part of my first story to the computer and let you guys read it this is just a basic rough draft so I can get the stories timeline down.

Have you changed anything about the story?
Work first on its main idea; it’s the essence of any book or story, no matter how good the ability of the writer to write; the main idea remains the most important. The majority of people won’t buy any book because “the writer has written it well”, of course it highly matters, but the foundation of the book or the main idea remains the thing that matters the most to readers.
After you have found your most artistic; most creative; most imaginative main idea you can write your first draft. Just write; don’t think. And then you can go back to improve the quality of your writing… not once or twice; but as many times you think are right to improve your writing. I think you already know that…
Good readers are usually good writers, so always read and always carry a notebook with you and write down anything interesting that crosses your mind. I wish you the best of luck.

Lara, yes. That is what I meant. I will rephrase myself.
It is basically impossible to come up with a new idea alltogether. What I suggested was to pick a topic of which people had been interested about, and make it more interesting than anything else on THAT Topic before then.
