With an Aeon -_-; just make sure to use it's overdrive before it hits, and if wakka isn't cutting it then get Rikku (and anyone else with the "use" command) to use damaging items (e.g. Lightning marble)

Do you have either Stone Breath for Kimahri, or a petrify grenade? If so, use either or these to instantly take out the guados. Then just kill Seymour like a normal enemy. At 3000 HP it will summon Anima (the coolest aeon in the game for me). Summon ? (Shiva) and beat her, making sure you shield when Anima is about to use her overdrive. When you fight Seymour again, he is a lot harder, just use whatever you have to kill him, remember his pattern and you may be able to summon Ifrit/Ixion just before Multi-Fira/Thundara for a free hit.
