Cloud can jump high but Vincent can use his flighing abilities. He has guns so he can be further away, and he is very powerful aswell. And if he manages to transform into his stronger form, then he would be harder to beat.
yeah but u have to think black knight that when the ff movie came out and it showed cloud doing the omni slash cloud would own vincent even though he transforms

Even though the FF people are insanely skilled and powerful, you have to remember that they're still human (some of 'em, anyways). A well placed bullet would kill even Cloud. He may be kickass, but a bullet through the head would put a bit of a damper on his plans.

He doesn't have to, Cloud may be fast but Vincent is just as fast if not faster, and he can attack from a distance. Cloud may be able to block bullets in AC, but Vincent could own Kadaj's gang faster than you could say Chocobo.

But Vincent can also Transform into a couple cool demons.He could kill in those forms to, and some of his attacks as the demons are also long distance attacks, which would help him.
