I would like a siggie

I would like a Nel (Neliel) siggie to replace the dull one I made for myself. XD I will leave the background and stuff up to the artist.

I would like Nel's name on it. Either Nel or Neliel will be fine. Since those are her names.

I would also like my name (Vanya) on it. Razz
