nooooo. Koreans are much more.... conservative... i guess that's the right way to say it... but not really. different standards I guess. Like:
1. girls don't flirt with guys.... ever. The type of "flirting" they typically do is just looking good. It's always the guy's job to get her attention.
2. Successful flirting means you exchange numbers. Then you text non-stop for about 3 days. The idea is that if you like each other, you won't mind texting so much.
3. Showing shoulder there is like showing thigh here. That's why miniskirts and shawls are so popular over there. Also, showing your back and too much of your mid-drift is basically up there with running around in your underwear. So generally, keeping your waist up covered is MUCH more common.
And those are only a few of the norms you'd have to deal with flirting/dating wise. So if a guy asked a girl in a Korean website to take off her top, he would get nexted.... a lot. As in almost every time. The only person that wouldn't next him would be the foreign chick who likes asian men and thought ranchat was the best place for it.
But that's okay. Because THOSE kinds of guys and girls know of places like chatroulette. And that's why you see a lot of asians there. XD
