Not sure. I dropped Higurashi a long time ago because i wasn't in a patient mood, got through the third ep and it hadn't sparked my interest yet.  I know that's a terrible thing to do, and I'll pick it back up someday, I'm sure. Though I have to admit, I can't imagine anything gorier than what Elfen Lied throws you into on the first ep. There's not too much of it afterwords, but the first ep is insane...

omg learn to watch tv elfen leid is not gory XD
neither is when they cry (cant remember how to spell the japanese name even thouhg its typed in the above postXD)
but yeah when they cry is crap anubius
dont bother reviving itXD
elfen leid however is one of the best aniume i have seenit looks great
has a great story
great characters
and some great scenes

I liked Chobits, 11eyes (kind of twisted...), Shugo Chara (cutesy), Skip Beat (loved it but I don't think they're going to make anymore), there's tons that i've seen... I'm currently finishing the episodes of a... more adult oriented one (not as graphic as hentai but... pushing it.... it's for the sake of comedy though!  )
Anyway... I want them on a couple different sites, I am thinking of just having an "anime fest" on my next "weekend" from work and watch a couple short series...
