I think that's the hardest form of him, the one in the gagazet mountains, isn't it?
Seymour flux or something... or is it Natus :/
Charge all your overdrives before the battle.
He does an attack, can't remember what it's called but its really deadly - summon something before he does this and sacrifice it for the party.

I replied before I finished typing! Whoops
Charge overdrives and those of your aeons, use both against him.
Save yuna's overdrive as it is a waste, if you use it; the aeon won't have enough time to use two over drives before it is banished by seymour.

Poison works against this seymour  use bio on him (or a poison fang) before you spam jim with Aeon overdrives, like rubbing salt into the wounds

If you are fighting Seymour in gagazet mountains then I guess this is the way it goes:
First you have to finish him fast so he won't use that powerful magic or something twice, use your aeons, even if they die after one turn, make their overdrive ready when you get in the battle, use Rikku's Fire Gem if you have, it helps a lot, use the characters who will deal high no. of dmg, I have Auron and Tidus... when he cast poison remove that from them as soon as you can, you don't want anyone to die, if he killed them use full-life.
And when he is ready to cast that powerful hit, bring the character with the highest HP to the party.

OK some of the advice I'm giving may seem crazy but it does work.
First, use bio or a poison fang to poison Flux.
Next use Haste on Flux (yes, Flux). This is because its the mortiorcris that defines the pattern. Flux does nothing until the mortiorcris can keep up.
Now, keep using Silence Buster (or even better, a Silence Grenade) on Flux. This means he cannot cast reflect, full life, dispel or flare.
From here, get him down to as close to 35000 HP as you can get WITHOUT going under. Now would be a good time to use overdrives. The alternative is the total opposite. Instead of using overdrives, don't hit him at all and let poison kill him. This way, he (or should I say the mortiorcris) charges for Total Annihilation which hurts bad.

Only problem with that strategy is that it relies on your characters being able to do 35k damage in 3 of Mortiorcris's turns as Total Annihilation does like 4000 to everyone.

If I remember rightly, attacking his side kick is benefitial as it drains life out of Seymour to survive.

-Cast Reflect on the frontline to bounce Full-Life away, so that his combo doesn't kill you immediately.
-Use Bio Black Magic or throw a Poison Fang to make him lose 1440 every turn
-Silence Grenade (or non-stop Silence Buster) to prevent Protect, Reflect, Dispel and Flare
-Mix Mighty Guard--two distillers, to bring the frontline under Protect, Shell and Haste (Two Light/Lunar Curtains to give them Regen too).
I prefer Kimahri's Mighty Guard though, cause I use Kimahri more than Rikku in this fight (due to his Strength-increasing Talk).
-Cheer x5 to cut Cross Cleaves damage in 1/3. Plus making hard hitters stronger.
-Focus x5 to make Lu's spells (buy the Booster Cactuar from Wantz beforehand) devestating and cut Total Annihilation damages in 1/3.
-If you're really scared of TA, unleash Bahamut's overdrive when Morti goes in Auto-attack mode.
You can also kill him by Poisoning him (via Bio Black Magic or a Poison Fang) and doing nothing to him anymore after this. He'll slowly die from Poison and he'll skip "forms", so the only things you will see is Lance of Atrophy + Full Life Combo, Dispel and Cross Cleave. No Total Annihilation.
