my mist combos dont seem to affect him much i hit him with three chaihns of 13 , 17 ,14,
also ive come to realize the the espers are pretty useless when it comes to boss fights
Zelara was a big letdown
i cant beat Exodus he barly beats me
I cant beat Zeromus

lolz you can beat them with really good equipment like DeathBringer ...actually who's Zeromus and Zelar?(sorry been a long time since i stop playing the game)

I got all esper including zodiak....i just forgot their name....the one you got from barheim passage is for me the most useful one....well not for boss fight but like when your lvling up...instant death baby...  ...but seriously Esper here are pretty much useless..and also overdrive....

i dont know if esper lvl up...lolz i only use the one with instant kill....
stronger weapons well maybe you should do the sidequest....or combine items.....

Yes, espers level up, and Yes they are useless.
For quickenings, they should only be used as a last ditch effort when your all but spent to try to do that last 20 - 40k damage you need. NOT at the beginning of the fight.

Like an 'Espers' section in the menu? I was thinking that last night. I guess it just slipped their minds, the guide has their stats up to lvl 99 and what their gambits are. To trigger some of the ultimate attacks is next to impossible. For one of them you need to be petrified when you summon
