well, no ... in my case, it's the fact, that the clock stoped... nothing more (at least i didn't noticed anything) been plaing that save for about 150h

well if uit runs fine for you at the max number of hours(maybe it's 999 hours or something).
I'll have to try it out then, since I've got 2 copys of the pall version, I'll play them all day long(for a long time), then see if it crashes or not...

I will need to try it. I know, I'll use my XP cheat so I can leave it running against the zloom(the thing in front of the cave that you need a chocobo to get past apparantly) and that way it's doing something...

Never seen that bug either. Yeah it is called Turtles paradise. That 99 items thing is impossible though. Unless ofcourse you don't count the limits, weapons and accesories. Oh and those little 1/25 toy soldiers or whatever it was. I don't think i ever found more than the one.

How. I think i remember finding a couple as pick-up items but i don.t remember ever recieving one from a fight. I think i remember something about that guy in the cave near....Junon i think it was(the cave you need the car to get across the river for). It's that old guy that tells you your battle count. Yeah well i heard if you bought him 99 of those there soldiers he gives you something....never tried it myself though. Any one know if this theory/tip holds any truth?

no it doesn't because there are only 4 in the game i think although i forget if you can get any from the speed square by getting over 3000/6000(forget which) points on that shooting mini game rollercoaster thing. but i'm fairly sure they have no purpose. they may have had a purpose before but i think squaresoft couldn't finish it in time.
