I finally got my GB DS Lite!
I got my DS lite today earlier, but it came with no games (bumer when i asked for it and FF3 i didnt expect the DS not to come with a game, i thought it came with either cats or dogs like the original release but well i guess that was just promotion)
thing is i could use a bit of advice on what games to buy.
i think i have capital to make 3 purchases for now, tomorrow when i get up ill go buy em, any suggestions? (3 best u can and anymore)
it doesnt matters if you read after i go buy em, i aint got much info on whats on DS. (yhea i skipped plain DS i dont think thats a surprise anyway, i wasnt very sure about it till FF3 came out, and i didnt get it yet coz im not in usa and i couldnt make the purchase online.)
so, whats good for the DS?

Mario kart DS
Metroid Prime Hunters
Mario 64 DS
the top two are WiFi enabled. its Wireles B though so you dont got very far range. (about 40ft-50ft from router with no walls, 25ft-30ft if you have walls. 15ft-20ft if you have thick walls.)
wireless DS play operates at a maximum of 30ft.

I wouldn't suggest nintendogs, and once you've defeated the object of animal crossing (which takes about 2 seconds) you lose interest in that, I'm thinking of getting 42 all time classics tomorrow, mario kart is awesome, new super mario bros, mario 64, trauma centre rocks, possibly the hardest ds game of all time.
By the way, I just searched gamespot for 42 all time classics reviews, I suddenly realised its the English version of clubhouse games, just to not confuse you.

You don't always necessarily lose interest in Animal Crossing in two seconds. I (and just about everyone else I know) play it in spurts, where we go from very interested to uninterested.
If you like it, Animal Crossing is a good way to connect with people over the Wi-Fi. Everytime you connect using the DS Network (not the DS to DS one, I mean the long-distance WiFi), there is a chance Nintendo will send you something. They sent everyone bonfires for Christmas this year.

I haven't really looked at the DS that much. We're considering a Wii, so I didn't figure I'd bother with the other game units. Heck, I'm not even sure what games there ARE for the DS.
