It has been proven that pop and junk food always make you depressed/in a bad mood, when you don't consume them if that is what your used to ex:super size me also if you have been working out or just going for walks more often then normal that has been proven proven to make you happier because of the hormones it releases in the brain, but anyway welcoem back ^_^
You and me both. I've been eating nothing but canned food and ramen since i moved. today i made this fancy pasta dish (a tad pricey, but delicious) and i've been feeling must better ever since. ^^
Though seriously if Im out walking around in the night to ASDA with the pedo/rapist/murderer/psycho of questionable sanity vampy....who do I have to be afraid of? XD

im sure someone on a bad food diet
would also probably suffer self esteem or at east weight issues XD
