you get chocos by using greens on them when they appear in the field after you have 6 of them you can then go to the shop and in the Special Shops category theirs the choco shop buy one and there you go start name your chocos and your set

Greens are obtained by using the Steal ability, donating to the Brumos charity foundation, or (rarely) from battling. Hope that helps ^^
