They did something like that a while back. It's less technological than that. It was called Pacmanhattan.
I remember reading about that about a year ago. Heh. Yeah, 'cause then I did something like it in school where I couldn't touch anyone wearing a shirt that had a colour of one of the Pacman ghosts, but I couldn't let them know. Haha. That was fun.
