How to get Spirit Lance (Kihmaris' Celestrial Weapon)

Go to the Thunder Plains. Look for those stone things. You have to pray at each one to relese a spirit, I think thre are three stones. After you've done that, go south and see a ghost flying around, follow it. You'll arrive at a broken tower in the rock wall in the east. Pray there and lighting will open a secret chest which has the Spirit Lance inside.
I think this is right, but please inform me if there is something wrong with it.
