CPU: AMD 64 3400+
CPU: Stock speeds (no over clocking)

GPU: ATi x1900xtx 512mb GDDR3
GPU: Stock Core: 500mhz
GPU: Stock Mem: 600mhz

GPU: over clocked Core: 638
GPU: Over clocked Mem: 711
Total % performance Gain: 22.6%

so thanks to over clocking, a 40fps game goes up to 50fps
