Um next time is ya can, just edit ya post instead of double posting. And about your question. Rather then getting people to go and see. Go back to the Calm Lands and talk to the guy and see how much fiends you have caught yourself. Would be faster anyway.

There are fiends to catch in the waters too 
That is used in the macalania woods on the upper path... but you have to find a man and a kid where you use the cloudt mirror to clean it up and turn it into a celestial mirror, this is wghere you use the crests and sigils to power up the celestial weapons
