ive beaten all of em
for ruby...go in with 2 dead....ure gona love using KOTR and pheonix in this battle...u might want w-summon so u can use it unlimited....get 3 ribbons if u can as well

I think the only times i died were at the WEPONS and lost number, i didn't die at Sepheroth...............good thing, because...............i forgot to set up my save point.......

I have completed this game 100% and that includes maxed out stats for every player (255). That was back then when I used to play after school and work and had nothing better to do  I loved fighting the weapons because they were really challenging but not frustrating or impossible. Just make sure your stats are maxed and whenever you take damage or die be sure to heal or revive right away.

yep...i had mime used after ominslash...so counter mime....and mime as a command...so a whole lot of ominslashes
then when i needed it i used knights of the round with mp and hp absorb

no
u get the 2nd lvl limit by using the 1st one a certain amount of time
u get the next lvl by killing 300 enemies or so
