How good is this game?...or how bad?
So what do u guys think...im not through the game yet so plz warn before putting spoilers of course
but its a fun game and i love the battle system and how u can use all 6 chars
but....i havnt truly felt the deep and intense storyline such as 7-10
it seems there r never any cutscenes lol and i thot there would be more
so for story i give it about a 6 but im still waiting
i give gameplay an 8 because there r many downsides to the battle system but i understand since this is a new style in FF
but it is very fun and it actually is kinda difficult in fact ive died about 10 times whereas i havnt died in 7 8 or 9 at all except to weapon bosses and ozma
so difficulty i give it a 9
overall i give it an 8
but that could change

i could say that the story line of this FF 12 is pretty good...battle system is also good the only downside of this game is the lack of purpose of the characters...there's no improvement on their character since the start up to the last...and one more thing where The Heck is the Love Story?>....hhahahaha..i guess i just like to see some love being develop in the characters ...

vaans alright just doesnt seem like a main character lol
and balthiers hella tight and frans cool too
i kinda like ashe too but i really dont care for any of the characters except those 3
so gust which one did u pick?

pick? you mean the best?...well when it comes to status Vaan for sure...lets see
Vaan = i hate his voice seriously (really good in battle though)
Balthier= most amazing character through out the game(i dont like to use this guy in battle but for 100% gaming exp. i have to lvl him too)
Basch= Hp is really high and str as well as spd...nothing to say to this bad ass but he is one of my favorite though his Mp sucks(cant use for long battle)
Ashe= i just like looking at her ALMOST naked body(for god sake put more clothes)she's the best in battle among the 3 girls...She's my favorite by the way
Fran= i like to use her i dont know why (not because of her body ok)..she's good at long battle since her Mp is pretty high....
Penelo= OMG this girl has no purpose at all..most useless character in all FF...anyway she's the fastest ....her Mp is pretty high too...good for long battle...
hmm i guess that answer ya question...

lol i meant in the poll...but thats ok
i agree with u on most of that except i love using balthier i have his gambits set up perfect for his type because he has all 3 quickenings...haste...protect/shell and he uses curage so fast when someone needs it and he rakes out dmg for me about 2500 while every1 else does 1000
and the thing about ashe is very true lol...it seems like the camera always gets caught right behund her looking at her ass lol...sometimes it gets annoying cuz the camera adjusts and it makes it hard to see lmao

i usually just run and let the gambit do the thing
ally any: phoenix down(or raise) i just got a higher magic that can restore full hp ill put it instead
ally any: esuna(esunaga)
Ally 50% hp: Curaja
party leader target: Attack
Nearest target: attack
Self: Haste(hastega)
Self: Bravery
Self: Faith
Self: Bubble
Self: Protect (protectga)
Self: Shell (shellga)
Self: Libra
that's pretty much about it...im looking for a place where monster just keep on comming out but cant find one...it would be awesome if there's one..just let the gambit do all the job and go to sleep hehehe

well im not that far where i have the setup but mines like this
ally any: esuna
Ally 50% hp: Curaga
party leader target: Attack
Nearest target: attack
self: haste/protect/shell
ally 70% hp cure i only have 1500ish hp
and i tweak around w/them for dif chars etc.

actually you dont have to change the ally hp ?: since even if your character's hp is below that only one character will auto heal...

you said you tweak around them for diffrent characters you mean
ex.
balthier ally hp 70%: curaga
ashe ally hp 50%: curaga
vaan ally hp 30%: curaga
and so on...

during boss battles i dont use gambits except for curing/esuna
i do a lot of the stuff manually
cuz it gets annoying when a character will start do sumtin then stops and starts...it pisses me off sometimes

Hehe I know what you mean. I had Fran use her bow weapon so she was always behind the others and hardly got attacked by enemies. So because of that I made her have most of the important gambits. This article may help:
