Hm...its been way to long sense I played this game...All I really remember about fighting him is that having CaitSith on your team was a real help because his dice to some nice damage. Other then that I cant be of much help really sorry.

and by no means should anyone use Cait Sith unless you are forced to do so within the game. materia combos will help. search the forum.

1st off...DONT YELL AT OTHER PLAYERS LIKE THAT KTHX, no1 yells at c-bunny
ok...now some help.....i do this often in ff games.....good for boss fights
cast reflect on all of your party, and equip some all materia to some high lvl ice,fire,or lighting spell, and cast all fire,ice,or lighting on your party....it will cast the spell on your party but bounce off ur party and hit the boss 3 times with strong magic in one turn...if you equip an all on all 3 players, you can hit him 9 times in one turn, very good for boss fights...or if you use quantra materia, and use it hink it was ultima materia, while having reflect on ur party, you can hit him 9 times with just one person....heres a diagram thing to help understand

Heh, well being a good lvl helps, on my first go i didn't know his waeknesses or anything but i still beat him pretty easy, so being a good lvl helps out alot, probably good have the cait sith out. Um and having Nanaki for his power also helps, and then either have Cait Sith in or Barret, because either one of those two, equip "All" and "Cure" On one of those two. That majorly helps also. Anyway hoped that helped.

have u tried getting the w item materia cause that will help
If you dont have it here is how.
1. soon as you beat the three turks keep on heading down the tunnel until you find it.
then do the w-item cheat which is:
give one character the materia then enter a battle
select the item you want to dipluicate then select the next item but dont confirm instead cancel the second item and then select it again keep on doing it until you have max of the item you want
2. use the dupilicate cheat on any remedies or megaelixers if you have any then start the fight when ion low health use a megaelixer or remedy to cure the statuses then repeditaly attack until he is dead
