Hmmm Upgrade questions/opinions?
I am at chapter 9 pretty much at the farming spot. I am wondering what weapons/acc to upgrade at this time and how far. I read alot of thigns about the axis but glad and the other weapon are more powerful but slower...
Anyone got any opinions. I have been so blah lately so i have not felt up to playing as much. Thats why i am so behind 
Oh and anyone on xbox live? alias name?

I used the Axis Blade then Upgraded to the Enkindler fully starred. This will bring down your target times though especially if you have Fang and Snow in your party.

At that point in the game, I had my first tier* weapons either maxed or close to maxed. I never really bothered upgrading equipment until I was honing in on the Treasure Hunter trophy/achievement.
* Every weapon has 3 tiers, you go up a tier by maxing its level and then using a transformation item (eg uraninite).

I think it depends on what you want out of each character and weapon...I got a good deal of my weapons to their final level...but Im told thats not always the case...so you may want to look at what level 2 stats you like the best...I dont think I ever leveled any accessories...or if I did it wasnt very many. I just focused on weapons and it worked just fine XD

Thanks for the reply. im going to look into it.
I think im going to level tonight until i get tired. Me being a retard leveled my gladius to 11 at hopes house. So, I am basically at 0 gil and no components. I leveled some magic acc for hope so i can relent assualt faster. I should read the stats before i jump in

Best leveling advice is this:
Sturdy bone: 4, 4, 7, 3 ,18
Then for weapons Ultra-compact Reactors as it is the cheapest gil/xp wise
For accessories use Perfect Conductors.
Also knowning what the XP amount of the weapon's star rating is really helps you know how many perfect conductors you will need.

Off topic, I wonder if ffx13-2 is gonna be a little less linear like maybe ff12 was. Or many other examples to choose from. I really hope so. Also I don't like the part where I cannot level when i want. I have to wait for events to unlock them. Blah

I love chapter 11. Best one in FFXIII, they needed to start out like this and then finish a little more linear.

Yeah I wouldnt mind a less linear game...that was really my only problem with 13...I didnt mind waiting for stuff to be unlocked because its not like you forfeited the points...but then again I wouldnt mind if they took that off either XD
