hey. this game is awkwardly getting to hard. any tips?
i dont understand. I was doin pretty damn well for awhile but then i ran out of cash and i couldn't keep up with my equipment. im level 16 with lvl 13-15 equip.

ok...lets see...13-15 lvl eqipment even tho youre lvl 16 is good...you dnt have to update your equipment every lvl..every 10 is enough...sometimes if its getting really hard you can buy it sooner
when you die use the revive option till lvl 20..its cheaper than using phoenix down...also when you reach lvl 50 you can start camping...it saves money..tho doesnt have to..depends how lucky you are
well you can camp sooner but i dont suggest you do that cause youll end up losing money
also as ninja i was able to use magic for over 20 lvls and it was enough..so dont buy that too often either...and check the mp cost...dont buy magic with way to high mp cost so can use it at least twice in one battle

Well, just left to add: Item drop less at higher levels, but the price you get paid for each one rises, so itīs all balanced out. Donīt expect drops 
Another tip: keep a good stash of Repels with you, and if you see you arenīt gonna win, just run and youīll spend less gil without having to revive.
Also, for the spells/equipment things, do as Shandris said and donīt buy equipment every level (renew it when you see damage increases, each 10 levels), and use a spell with low MP cost. A good bet would be Ninjutsu Art Of Diving (Lv16 spell which costs 7 MP), but think of it as a support spell and use it when weapons hit for low damage

Yeah, at your level at most you'll need to upgrade every 5+ levels. And with thief just find a few good spells- and you weapon won't need renewing for a while.

yeah i know what you mean...before archer i mastered mage/wizard knight..tho i started that with 300k and 0 in bank lol it was depressing especially when i saw all the rares on ebay
