Help!

I just bought FF11 from Steam. I've set myself up with a Square Enix account and a Play online account but when I try to log in and play it says my SE password and ID don't match. I've tried logging into my SE account on the site and it's happy with a password and ID I'm giving it, I've even tried changing my password just to be sure and that's not worked.

Please help!

is this at the initual login screen or fuurther intot he account?
i remember i had issues using a eu pol with a us FF11 or a EU account

is it possible to just make a new account through the POL viewer if you havent used your registration code yet (assuming you need that with steam)?
