He is His father
Ok Laguna is definatly Squalls father. Everything points to it. Here is a run down of it.
1. Mombas remember peopleby their blood andLaguna taught Mombas how to speak and say one thing Laguna. On disc 2 the call squall Laguna infering that they are blood.
2. Ellone went to live at the orphanage while Laguna was out of winhill and when Raine died she was sent to the orphanage obviously along with squall because she had a son. Hence why squall called her big sis. They were half-brother and sister(Ellone is Raines daughter)
3. It says that raine had that son 17 years ago and squall just happens to be 17 years old.
4. On the ragnorak Kiros says squall doesnt look like his father but more like his mother. Squall looks like Raine and only a little like Laguna.
There are more subtle hints through the game but i believe its pretty obvious that Squall and Laguna are related if you replay the game just try and catch it. You probably will.

Pretty good listing, it'll look better with some more supportive elaboration. But I'm not sure about Ellone being Raine's daughter, this is something new to me. If you can have something more to support your statement..
Good theory really  , this is something we must look carefully into. Putting blind statements over such theory will only result the truth from being concealed forever. Lets take Rinoa's actually Ultimecia theory for an example. Ppl find it ridiculous but when showered with the points (both scientifically and logically) it can actually be true.

i dont believe Ellone is Raine's daughter....nothing in the game ever pointed to it...also during the * when u play as Laguna and run around the village killing monsters, there is a part where he talks to Ellone and takes a picture of her parents to his hands and tells her parents she was a good girl....if Raine is her mother why would he do that, why not tell her directly....but he never did that so Raine isnt Ellones mum....Ellones parents are those dead ppl on the picture

That's because it isn't said. Laguna being Squall's father isn't true, or at least, was never proven to be true.
There are interesting theories regarding Squall and Rinoa's romance, relating to Laguna and Julia never being together. In theory, this fan-made *underlines* FAN-MADE concept explains that, Rinoa being Julia's daughter, and Squall being Laguna's son, their romance comes to be some sort of Karmic comeback. If you remember quite well, Moombas remember and recognise other species by liking their blood, and sampling their DNA. During the scene where Squall first meets Moombas, they all mistake them for Laguna. I did a bit of thinking and decided to compare two Concept arts of both characters. I'll share.

As you can see, even though both have their distinct features, like the cheek bones, their faces show similar traits, and to be quite honest, Laguna's hair seems to be simply a grown version of Squall's hair. Same colour and form as well. This can all be due to the current graphics design at the time, but I'll leave that up to you to decide. I've made my point already.

I can't find any supportive arguments nor theories over Elaine and Raine related by blood. For my side, I say she's not Raine's daughter..well thats what we 'both' agree on.
Lol, this is exciting...its been awhile since 'we' didn't know something new about FF8 (imagine the guy stating a convincing reason).
