Guess The Characters...
These aren't poems but just little prose pieces of certain FF8 characters. hopefully shouldnt be hard to guess who?
Character 1: Emotional
Solitary, my price for my talents.
Loneliness, all part of segregation.
Heartbroken, all due to his stubbornness.
Refusal, to let this come between us.
Exasperation, as this continues.
Desperation, to break this silence between us.
Brooding, don’t you see that’s what we share?
Torment, as you twirl away with a stranger.
Annoyance, as you just won’t let me in.
Relief, as I can be with you again.
Devastation, as your eyes meet hers not mine.
Jealousy, as you give her what I’ve always wanted.
Protest, as this just can’t be true.
Anger, as you ignore the love I feel for you.
Homicide, as I wish she’d disappear and leave you just for me.
Instability, as these feelings pull me to and fro.
Honour, as I can’t let this companion be hurt.
Melancholy, as I slowly wish to die.
Hate, for all the hurt you put me through.
Peace, I will never find so long as I have to be around you.
Character 2: Emotional Again
Introspection, something I should do less of.
Concealing, all my feelings from those who would care.
Gladdened, that she’s now here to help me open up.
Love, something I thought I’d never feel.
Relish, the time whenever I’m around her.
Realise, how this all affects her who wanted me before.
Pangs, of pain as I could never give that one what she wants.
Loneliness, something I’ve held sacred until now.
Fear, of judgement that drove me away from them all.
Rivalry, a force that chose our paths.
Searching, to explain what I think all this meant to him.
Marked, just as he is so we’d remember how foolish we were.
Pride, it’ll burn us alive if we don’t control it.
Hope, that he’ll be alright out there in the world of pain.
Indifference, to the one that calls me Son.
Longing, to forget the past and all the pain it contains.
Doubts, as my mind torments me over that man.
Questioning, why could he do this to me after all this time?
Knowledge, that cannot quiet my mind although I’ve been him in a way.
Yearning, just to forget all this and only be with her, my angel.
Character 3: More Emotional
Loathing, what they all feel for me.
Hatred, I see it burning in their eyes.
Regrets, for all I put them through.
Wishful ness, the thoughts of being able to go back and change this.
Pride, this wretched curse that got me where I am today.
Want, to return to this place I call Home.
Need, to show them how much I repent.
Atone, is what I’ll do for my crimes.
Punishment, its what I so rightly deserve.
Sorrow, for dragging those closest to me into this.
Pain, watching how they must suffer because of me.
Laughter, as for all that has been they never change.
Resolve, to make this right to them at least.
Reminisce, as our old home flies over us.
Wondering, just what my old rival is doing.
Smile, as I wish him every happiness.
Sigh, oh so softly as I miss the times before all this.
Grin, as I recall the best times of my life.
Touch, the reminder of what happens when I go to far.
Shame, that I never thought of that when I did what I’d done.

Didn't realise I'd made it that difficult. lol
Anyways they are all from FF8 but i guess the fact that certain character types reoccur throughout the series probably does make it confusing. but then should give you a clue if you take Nijen's guesses and transpose them onto FF8

Okay everyone works out that Number 3 is Seifer. that is correct but are the first two so obscure no one can get them? (Hint: people are getting them, just getting them mixed up)

You got two out of three right. The second is Squall and the third is Seifer but the first isn't Irvine. Maybe you should read a little closer, some of the gender references in the first one should give a clue to who is speaking.
