Got soul?
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/live/articles/news/news.html?in_article_id=558271&in_page_id=1770
That kind of stuff is pretty crazy. read it. its got lots of stuff that... one cant really explain. i like that kind of thing. im glad that in life, even with all our "awesome" technology we still have things that we cant explain.
this really has nothing to do with the "soul" in my view though. all our characterists, everything that amkes us us is written into our dna somewhere. i think we can all agree on that. so its safe to say that its in every single cell of our body. the odd things is the passover of traits or characteristics or likes and dislikes. thats some freaky stuff. anyway... what say you fellow peers?

yeah, it's quite amazing so many of these changes happened after transplants...
| Quote: |
Nor are the effects of organ transplants restricted to hearts. Kidneys also seem to carry some of the characteristics of their original owners.
Take the case of Lynda Gammons from Weston, Lincolnshire, who donated one of her kidneys to her husband Ian.
Since the operation, Ian believes he has taken on aspects of his wife's personality. He has developed a love of baking, shopping, vacuuming and gardening. Prior to the transplant, he loathed all forms of housework with a vengeance.

You know I'm not surprized by it our soul is attached to each part of our body so its not surprizing when a piece of the body is removed and placed into another persons then a piece of the soul would go with it I just can't believe it took scientists this long to discover it.

to be fair, a "discovery" requires proof, and we still have none of that. just instances which we can't explain. And it doesnt always happen so... how is that explained? we dont know diddly. thats what it explains.
but yeah. no proof.

I believe that our soul are basically energy, it can leave the container such as batteries and transform in to another form of energy, so death is just a phase of transforming our energy in to the next form, energy can be transform to another form but can't be destroyed.
All energy have their own characteristic and frequency , this people that receive organs are simply more tune up to the energy frequency of the donor, and that makes them closer and copy the donor characteristic.

I like the way your thinking
like what seifer said our characteristic are written into our dna and is it so unbeleivable that with the transplant that some of the new dna is replicated by your own body. I

well generally, a lot of transplants have to be picked ultra carefully. im thinking about mtaching blood types here, but im sure they match other stuff as well. so if the organ doesnt take, then maybe... the donner was an introvert and your an extrovert lol. i dont know.

well I was thinking along the lines of the cells from the new organ reproducing and becoming part of the ''host'' as such and since the information for every cell in a body is the same maybe all the information stored is the same. Im just writing this and realising how hard of a concept this is to get through in text but i hope you get my toughs

no, i understand you. im just saying bodies dont always accept the organs, so even more so, they might not accept the other dna attributes and eventually would write over them in some case, and other cases, the dna attributes would spread and thus change the body.
clearly dna isnt a virus and i cant imagine how this would actually happen. also, i have no real medical knowledge of how cells reproduce for an organ othr than the skin.
for instance, does your heart "shed" cells after a certain time and creat new ones in its place? if so, where do the shedded cells filter to? or do the cells last as long as your body and your skin is the only organ that sheds cells to create new ones...
so many question that prolly wont get answered here lol.

all singal cell organsis reproduce the same way by spilting one becomes two that is the REAL basices of it it is alot more involved then that.also all cells die and "shead" away its the job of your red blood cells to take away the waste matrails and bring in the needed ones

LOL guess so. also interesting fact did you know part of our cells at one point was a virus that infected single cells WAY WAY WAY back in time and is the reason why we know have things more complex like us and all none single cell organisms. can any one guess what it is?
