Wrong place. Manga would go in the Anime Centre.
Personally, I find the .hack// manga to be good. Same with Elemental Gelade.

I would suggest KMKM (Kill Me Kiss Me). Of course the series is really short it only has 4 books in total, but it is still an excellent one in my opinion.
