Getting Yuffie and Vincent.
Well i just started a new game and got into Junon, and i wanted to see if i can get Yuffie at the start of the game. And i found out that i can. But i also know that you have to keep denying what she says, but then when she said i am going, i said ok go. And now she hasn't come back yet, how do i get her?
And about Vincent, i know where to get him, in Neiblham or whatever it's called. In the big mansion, and i am pretty sure where in, when you go to go underground in that little purple place, where that other door is, but i know you have to unlock it, but how?
So could someone help me on those 2 characters?

I suggest you by a ff7 guide if you REALLY want them cus its really hard trying to say the right things to Yuffie without her being weird bout it. Soz but I cant remember...

To get Vincent : unlock the safe, get the key and then you talk to him... then go see Sephiroth and he joins you on your exit of the mansion basement.
For the safe : R36, L10, R59 and R97
To get Yuffie:
Never take your eyes off her, go into menus or save your game as she will get away and with some cash/items.
Yuffie: You spikey headed jerk! One more time, let's go one more time!
Answer: Not interested.
Yuffie: You're pretty scared of me huh?
Answer: .... petrified
Yuffie: I'm really gonna leave! REALLY!
Answer: Wait a second.
Yuffie: You want me to go with you?
Answer: Thats right.
Yuffie: All right! I'll go with you!
Answer: Lets hurry on.

Yup, that's the way... but you forgot to mention the boss battle against lost number (i think that's the name of it) when you poen the safe

Just keep walking aroung in the forests and she'll keep appearing till you get her ( I don't think it matters hat point in the game you are, she'll appear if you keep walking in the trees on the world map)

She barely has any Dialog in disk 1 though... but she does disk 2 + as she is probably expected to be in your party by then.

She will come back.
Just keep leveling up in the forest outside Junon and she usually comes there. Good exp. for that part of the game too.

Its probably like in FFX-2 with the ronsos, certain responses give +1 others 0 and the rest -1 ... depending what you reply with it changes the chance of getting her or not :/
