im new to this thing but my thought is if ur gay as long as ur happy with it good for u...ive got nothing against and if you believe there's a god because i kno everyone has different thoughts that person has to answer to the higher power at the end of the day
wow i sure missed out on a great debate. Well, i can only say that we can disagree or agree, but gays are here to exist. They do have ample rights in most Federal Constitution and various International Documents like the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Sadly, im some muslim countries, gays are considered as a crime (if they go on to marry each other, that is)
i'm not gay but i believe that gays have rights like every one else point final if you are gay and dont care what other ppl think about go ahead! Just dont be ashamed or anything about being gay, if you are you should not have a gay mariage
Ahh now we're talking about same-sex marriages. My girlfriend is writing a thesis on whether same sex marriages should be legalized. So i know a lil bit of stuff here and there. Mainly there are many legal provisions that prohibits same-sex marriages apart from religion's point of view. Honestly speaking, i do have some personal issue towards same-sex marriages. i get goosebump when i see a man kissing another man. That's me, i admit. So why slyk, why gay shouldn't marry each other? There are actually a few legal system which allows same-sex marriages (netherlands etc.)
no i meant if you are gay and u are ashamed and stuff you probly should not get married, but you should have the right to, its just cuz if ur ashamed well then yeah, if you are gay and dont want ppl to know then you probly should not get married or something, thats what i meant, not that gays taht are ashamed sould not be allowed to get married but they should try not to be ashamed first.
oh my humble apologies. I misconstrued your earlier post. Well yeah, in my opinion, i think that gays shouldn't be ashamed of themselves (not sure if they do). Even if they do, they might marry in private or just register themselves as married. This way, they'll get the best of both worlds. Remain low profile and yet married
hey slayk, i'm not sure of the legal position in your area so what i am about to say may not be accurate. In my country, it is possible to marry in 'private'. You see, legally there are many ways to get married. You can either marry in church, marry according to customs or just married by registering you and your partner as husband and wife with an Official Registrar. In the latter, you and your partner is recognized as husband and wife at law and no one will know about it unless they make a search with the Registrar

I have to agree with you on this one.
But; that’s a personal thing and it doesn’t affect the right every individual has in being whatever they want in which ever place they feel they belong in.
