im not so sure bc they are trying to make the games like real life actors. all you need is someone that fits snakes profile, the rest would be easy.

in the special collectors pack of subsistence there is a seperat dvd with all the video clips from the game and added ones and they put it into a 3 hr (ish) long movie. no gameplay on the cd, jsut a movie. thats as close as a movie version it will come im pretty sure.
