| fullmetal alchemist movie - thoughts
dont want to ruin the plot for anyone who hasnt seen it, so i wont talk about the story. but what were peoples thoughts on the movie in general?
i really found it a let down personally, just like i found the end of the series a let down...
wanted a major cool fight at the end of the series, which wasn't delivered (even tho the intro sequence shows amazing fight scenes which never appear sadly).
and the movie only let things down even more for me...atleast the series ending did have a certain sadness o it, i didnt like any of the story for the movie...delved too much into the real world, something i dont want in FMA (they create an ace world in the series, then they turn things into what felt like a history lesson for the film).
overall...pretty dull movie follows a highly entertaining series. a pity
