Free Ringtones?
Well I found this site and it looks promising so I thought I post it, let's you create free ringtones (minus data charge (if you don't have a data plan)from your provider not the site itself)
Check it out, I'll let you know when I get one working.

i always use phonezoo, there's a ton of other popular ringtones, and you can create your own. but like you said, minus the text rates, its free.

They don't have my model of phone listed, but otherwise when I tried another one, it sent me a text on my phone but I could not download the ring tone (either my provider or my phone make) but it worked (sending me the file).
Try it out for 1 ring tone, you have nothing to lose beside maybe a dollar if you don't have a data plan.
